I’m not sure about my US size I’m sorry! However I buy the second biggest size from the Curve range (which is a UK/AU 24). I think that’s a US 20 but I’m not 100% sure! I’m 5’6” and the dress hit my knees, so it would probably be a really cute length on you!
Hope that helps :)
Does anyone have the ASOS Curve Peplum Skirt? What’s it like? Pictures?
I received my ASOS Curve Dress in Butterfly Print today! I’m so please with it! I got this in a UK24. It fits almost perfectly, a tiny bit loose under the arms/round the neck. But nothing major.
Sizing: If you’re between sizes, order up. UK22 are usually too tight, UK24’s are usually too loose. This is, as I mentioned, a UK24 and it fits really well. There is no stretch in the underbust waist band. So if you know this is a problem area, I’d recommend the bigger size. However it’s free-size from that point down, so hips would be an issue, and bust is fairly roomy. So just keep the lack of stretch in the waist region in mind if necessary!
Quality: It’s great quality in terms of being well designed and constructed. However, it’s 100% polyester (I know that influences some peoples decisions) and it has no lining. I really wish it did have lining, alas it does not. But it’s very lightweight and comfortable.
Aesthetic: It’s gorgeous. I love the way it looks on. I love the mesh panel at the top and the way it’s edged by the pattern throughout. The colours are just as bright and vibrant in real life. The butterfly pattern isn’t overtly obvious. It’s just really sweet and cute!
I can’t wait to wear it. In fact I am tonight, to a friends going away dinner, then out for drinks afterwards. Hope this helps :) (sorry for picture overload :))
Legit wanting to get both of my nipples pierced. Yes/no? Do you have any links to pictures of big breasted/fat women with nipple piercings? Advice?
A lot of the time fat women think or are told they can’t do something because they’re fat. They can’t wear stylish clothes, they can’t be considered sexy, they can’t get a boyfriend or can’t wear a bikini.. can’t be and can’t do so much because of their fat. However, power comes from the realisation that nothing stops a fat woman from any of these things, except their own mind and self confidence. Certainly not something as simple as fat.
Don’t let fat rules or fat stereotypes get you down. Your fat is a wonderful part of you. Not a barrier that stops you from doing the things that make you smile.
Because it’s my blog and I’ll write about whatever I so please
